The Angola Sovereign Fund is governed by a Board of Directors (Presidential Decree nº 7 -18) that defines its investment strategy, monitors assets and activities and also ensures that the necessary review mechanisms are in place and the best global practices are adopted.
The Supervisory Board (Presidential Decree n.º 1029 -18) is responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations that apply to the Fund.
The Angola Sovereign Fund is subject to regular annual audits that are conducted by independent advisors and auditors, who also give their opinion on investment decisions, operations and risk management.
