IGAPE hands over SATEC Textile Factory to the Angola Sovereign Wealth Fund

The Institute for State Assets and Equity Participation Management (IGAPE) today carried out, in the commune of Dondo, Cuanza Norte province, the official handover of the SATEC Textile Factory to the Angola Sovereign Wealth Fund (FSDEA).

The ceremony was witnessed by His Excellency the Governor of Cuanza Norte Province, João Digo Gaspar; the Chairman of the Board of Directors of FSDEA, Dr. Armando Manuel; members of the FSDEA Board of Directors; and senior staff members. IGAPE was represented by Administrator Manuel Freire, on behalf of the IGAPE Board of Directors, accompanied by Department Head Ulica Bravante.

Also present were the administrative entities of the Dondo’S commune, further reinforcing the institutional significance of the event.

The event was marked by the signing of the Handover Agreement, which formalises the transfer of the industrial unit to the management sphere of the Angola Sovereign Wealth Fund.
