Gabriel Augusto da Silva, has dedicated his career to advancing both his professional growth and contributing significantly to the IT and education sectors in Angola. During his more than 20 years of experience, Gabriel has continuously sought dynamic and secure working environments that enable innovation, access to new technologies, and continuous improvement.

Education:
- Primary and secondary education in Luanda, Angola.
- A diploma from the Instituto Médio Industrial de Luanda.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidade Católica de Angola (2001-2006).
- A Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidade de Évora, Portugal (2012-2013).
Career Path:
- Early Career (1995-2000): He started as a technician and operator for duplicating machines at Gestetner and later at the Magistério Primário de Luanda, where he also served as the Deputy Director of Education.
- Banking Sector (2000-2022): Gabriel transitioned to the Banco Nacional de Angola, where he started as a graphic arts technician and rose through several technical and managerial positions, including Database Administrator and Head of IT Infrastructure Division. He eventually became the Subdirector of the IT Department.
- Public Sector (2022-2023): Gabriel served as the Director-General of IT and Communication Services for Public Finances at the Ministry of Finance and held advisory and fiscal roles at the National Agency for Oil and Gas and other institutions.
- Academia (2006-2023): Parallel to his professional career, Gabriel has been a professor at the Universidade Católica de Angola, teaching various courses in computer engineering and information technology.
Skills and Interests: He is recognized for his leadership, team integration, innovation, and continuous learning. His technical proficiency spans across Oracle and Microsoft systems, network administration, and SAP. In his free time, Gabriel participates in church activities, sports, cinema, and enjoys reading.
He is proficient in Portuguese, with intermediate skills in English and basic understanding of Spanish.
