With a solid academic background in Management and Public Administration, standing out for his specialization in Management Planning and Control from the Higher Institute of Social and Political Sciences, of the Technical University of Lisbon, Portugal.

Professionally, he played important roles at the Capital Market Commission, where he held various positions, including Board Member, Director of the Financial Department and Advisor to the Office of the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Furthermore, his experience includes working at the Ministry of Economy in Lisbon, Portugal, and at CEPSA – Petróleos de Portugal, where he worked as an Accounting Assistant.

Highly skilled in various management software, including SIGFE, PRIMAVERA, SIGUS, GEDI and SIAG. He is fluent in Portuguese, with basic knowledge of English and Spanish.

His academic work on Angolan Public Administration was published in the Library of the Higher Institute of Social and Political Sciences, in Lisbon, Portugal, in 1999. In addition to his professional activity, he is also an amateur of associations, holding leadership positions in the Social and Sports Association of the Capital Market Commission and the Mutual Aid Association – Montepio Geral de Angola.
