Rui Jorge Van-Dúnem Alves de Ceita

Rui Jorge Van-Dúnem Alves de Ceita has a degree in Economics with a specialty in Monetary Economics, from the Faculty of Economics of Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal.

He joined Banco de Negócio Internacional in 2007, working in the Banking Operations Department.

In February 2009 he joined the Ministry of Finance, where he developed his career, in the Technical Support Office for Credit Lines (GAT) until 2013. Later, as a member of the Public Debt Management Unit (UGD) where he held the positions of Head of the Debt Risk Analysis Department between 2013 and 2019 and Deputy General Director, responsible for the Internal and External Financing, Markets and Debt Risk Analysis Departments between 2019 and 2022.

In September 2022 he was appointed Executive Administrator of the Angola Sovereign Fund.
