Igor Ricardo de Pina Lima is a distinguished professional in the realms of financial management and public debt administration. Education:

He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Namibia in 2005.
Later, he enhanced his qualifications with a Postgraduate degree in International Finance and Accounting from the University of Liverpool, completed in 2016.

Career Path:

Early Career (2003-2005): Igor started as a Tutor at the University of Namibia, focusing on Business Mathematics, where he also earned several accolades for his academic contributions.
Corporate Sector (2006-2011): He joined DP Projectos e Desenvolvimento Lda in Luanda, Angola, starting as an Accountant in 2006 and quickly rising to become the Head of Accounting in 2007 and the Financial Director from 2008 to 2011.
Consulting (2012-2013): Igor worked as a Financial Consultant at Cont.com. Lda, providing expertise in financial accounting and human resource management.
Public Sector (2013): He moved to the Unidade de Gestão da Dívida Pública (UGD) – Public Debt Management Unit, where he began as a Debt Management Technician and advanced to the Chief of the Public Debt Management Department. His leadership in various roles culminated in his position as Deputy General Director, coordinating multiple departments.
Executive Role (2023-Present): In December 2023, Igor assumed the role of Executive Director at the Fundo Soberano de Angola (FSDEA), overseeing investment operations and alternative investments.

Skills and Interests Igor's skill set includes advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera, and DMFAS software. His organizational and communication skills are well-documented alongside his expertise in financial management. Additionally, Igor is an accomplished writer, having authored a book titled 'O que sou' published by CHIADO in 2018.
